At this moment, you can only deposit money to Kiva using a credit/debit card through PayPal, or use PayPal directly. Withdrawal is possible only to your PayPal account. That is stated clearly on Kiva’s FAQs page about PayPal (https://www.kiva.org/businesscenter/faqs-about-paypal).
I’m not sure why Kiva doesn’t add other options for a long time, but I guess it is easier for them to manage and save on card processing fees (?) According to the FAQs page above, other depositing options than PayPal are firmly rejected. Anyway, the choices are limited. But that’s not a big deal because PayPal is popular nowadays. Except if you are in a country where PayPal doesn’t support, you can easily create a PayPal account anytime.
One thing that’s worth to note, once you lend your money or credits, you won’t be able to reverse that decision, and you will not get your money back until borrowers repay payments. You can only withdraw what you have in your credit balance. Again, only deposit and lend an amount you don’t need right now or may need later. Don’t lend any amount that will hurt you if you lose it.
